How to Reschedule An Order?
It is not possible to reschedule your delivery slot once you place the order. You can, however, cancel your current order and place a new one on a new slot.
Can I add more products after placing the order?
No. You will not be able to add any more items to the existing order. If you want to add more items, you have to cancel the current order and then place it again.
Can I return a product at the time of delivery?
Since it is a food product, we don’t allow return however if the product is received in physically damaged condition, we will definitely process the return and deliver a fresh product soon, if required.
Can I change the delivery slot after placing the order?
It is not possible to change the delivery slot once the order is placed. You can, however, cancel the order and place it again according to your convenience.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
No. You only can choose the products that are in stock. Piperleaf tries to make sure that all the products stay available. However, due to supply chain issues, sometimes it might not be possible.
How can I make sure that I am paying only for the items I have ordered?
At the time of delivery, please check your invoice and make sure that you have received each and every item for which you have paid. If there’s an anomaly, immediately inform us through mail or call, we will ensure the rectification of the same.
How do I know which items are not available from my order?
You will get an SMS as well as an email from our side to let you know about the unavailability of the item well before the delivery of your order.
