Refunds (When Applicable)

  • Once the products are received and inspected Piperleaf will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item. We also let you know our decision about the approval or rejection of the refund request.
  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or be given to you in the original method of payment. The whole process can take a couple of working days to get completed.

Missing or Late Refunds
If you still have not received your refund, check the bank balance first. Contact your credit card company and then your bank. If you have done all of that and still have not received your return, then you should contact our customer care services.

Exchanges (When Applicable)
We don’t offer an exchange for our food products

Returned Goods
If you are returning the damaged packet food product, please note that we will take the material back at the time of delivery only. Once the product is received by you, we will not be able to process the return. We will however definitely entertain any genuine quality/taste issues with the products.
